Party restricted bonus

I signed up for the PPA when I cashed out from Party and they gave me a $10 "restricted cashout bonus". What good is this bonus? How do I get the lousy ten spot?

Play a certain amount of hands, I'm guessing 100. If you go to My Account, click on bonus details, and it will show you the status. If it doesn't show up, you've cleared it already.

Thanks, but there is no requirement listed for clearing the $10 and no mention of it on the bonus page. It is only listed in the transaction history section of the cashier tab.
