That's balls. I should have looked into it first before losing money on the exchange.

FWIW, last month I sent them an email as well asking about it with the same sort of reply. Then 4 days later, I got an email offering it to me so you can't always trust the CSR responses. With Betsson at least, you can always check under "My Available bonuses" under My Account to see if you have an available bonus before you deposit. If no available bonuses are listed, then don't waste your time depositing since it won't be credited.
