Do casinos ever answer emails?

So far I have mailed to two casinos about some questions of their T&C. About week ago to Casino Tropez and couple days ago to Phoenician casino.

From both of them all I have got is automatic answers that suggest I can get answer if I tell my account name. And since I do not want to make account before I get some clarifications of their T&C this seems quite pointless.

So, am I just wasting my time trying to email to casinos? Has anyone ever got answer to their email from casino before making account there?

Some do, some don't.. best idea is to start a live chat if possible with the question "I'm having trouble depositing" /images/graemlins/smile.gif

Phoning them up usually gets an answer quickly too.
