I went to this site after hearing about their claims to having instant payments when deposits are made using Neteller, I opened an account and made a deposit. I ran really well and after playing for several hours requested a cashout. Per the directions on the site, I tried to contact live help after making my withdrawal request to to get my "Instant Payment". I couldn't get a hold of anyone for two hours. when I finally did get someone, I was kept online for 20 minutes before being told that I have to fill out and return a Faxback Form with my license and a utility bill. According to what's written on their form, it takes up to 3 days to process the form after it's sent back.

They say instant payouts and no faxback forms, but it's simply not true. What they really mean is "We'll keep your money for several days and require you to complete and send in a faxback form with ID and a utility bill."

I have a pending PAB with this place over them not paying me $3,000 in winnings. Player beware.

Ouch! I was considering this place for down the road a bit. What exactly happened there? Is a PAB a complaint with Casinomeister? What's his position?

It took three or four weeks for me to cash out from this place.

1. Request cash out
2. Wait a few days
3. Contact live support and ask what's up (answer: send faxback form)
4. Wait a few days
5. Contact live support and ask what's up (answer: we didn't receive faxback form)
6. Re-send faxback form
7. Wait a few days
8. Re-send faxback form
9. Wait a few days
10. Re-send faxback form
11. After one day get message that faxback form is approved
12. Wait a few days
13. Mail them and ask what's up (answer: Cancel pending cashout and re-request the cashout amount WITHOUT the sticky bonus money included)
14. Request cashout
15. Cancel pending cashout and re-request the cashout amount WITHOUT the sticky bonus money included
16. After one minute receive the money in NETELLER
-----------------

I'll never play there again, and recommend everyone to never play there.

I had an excellent experience on Casino Extreme-won $400 and was paid in 20 minutes.

I actually had a good experience and had an instant cashout, but that was awhile ago.

What are the details of their not paying you the 3000? What reason are they giving, etc?

That sucks. I hit this a couple of weeks ago and had no problems. I sent in all the required documents and once they were approved (~ 3 days), I contacted live chat and got my Neteller withdrawal instantaneously.

I played this bonus because Cassinodave said it was one of his 3 best stickies. When I tried to cashout (I had deposited via Neteller) I was also told I had to submit forms. I objected in live chat citing the "instant" advertising on their site, and was told (to paraphrase) "there is nothing I can do - management has noted on your account you have to submit the forms." I then emailed the pitboss at extreme with the same objections and was told that the forms were required because my account resembled someone elses. What crap.
I then submitted the forms, waited a week with no response, emailed the pitboss again, and was told the person who handles review of the forms has been "off a few days".

I'm still waiting for payment - and based on this thread I wonder what their next excuse will be . - it's beginning to look like the same disgusting lies and runaround as players have got from Bet Royal, Joyland, etc.

that sucks. have you enlisted the help of cdave? what's dave's position? in my limited dealing with him, he seemed very cool and very willing to help. moreover, if he's touting Extreme as a great sticky, i'll bet Extreme is likely to be receptive to his plight on your behalf.

Re-send the faxback form every few days. It took me three or four times before they approved it.
And keep asking them about the progress on their live chat every few days.

Sounds childish and stupid, but it helped me get my money (after some weeks).
