Dropped 3 buyins my first swing at 2/4 $400

Will anybody offer up their services to figure out what the hell i'm doing wrong? Granted I did lose about ~$1200 or so on beats which only leaves me at break even. Just want somebody to look at this stuff before I continue on. Thanks a lot.
