It's a cashable bonus. Takes about 4-7 days to cashout and you'll need to send them ID and some sort of document to verify your address. Utility bill, bank statement, etc.

Play it in UK POUNDS and it's worth nearly twice as much /images/graemlins/laugh.gif

I agree with Sonneti about the pounds, but if you want to read the T&C yourself (which I encourage everyone to do in my reviews), it is at http://www.goldenpalace.com/popup_claim_300.php .

They both use playtech's software. that doesn't mean they are in the same network and I'm 95% sure they aren't.

Do you transfer money in pounds or dollars when doing this?

I believe you have to transfer in pounds and can only do it using a MyCitadel account. Someone correct me if i'm wrong.

Pretty sure you just choose the currency in which your account is based.

Is a drivers license alone good enough or do they require 2 pieces of ID?

ID(passport/driver's licence for example) and since I didn't have bank statements they asked me to send two pieces of paper with my name and address on them

Is this easy to do? Does it cause any problems on cash out?

Also, could someone fill me in on what the difference between a cashable and a sticky are?

Cashable means you can cash it out, Sticky means it gets taken out of your account when you make a cashout request.

Anyone signing up for this is foolish to go to Golden Palace and not do Online casino (same bonus, same company same CS) through Games Gifts.

So does this mean you don't really get the bonus? I'm kind of confused.

So Golden Palace has a sign up through Games Gifts? I signed up at GG awhile back but it didn't particularly interest me. Maybe I'll check it out.

1)Ya, the bonus money on a sticky bonus you can not withdraw. The best way to do these bonuses if to bet large amount of your total on a few hands and hope to get lucky. You bust a large amount of the time.

2) No, Golden Palace is not on Games Gifts. Online Casino is which is the same thing.

I appreciate you taking the time to explain this to a casino newbie. So, for example, do you deposit $200, get a $200 bonus to play with and then start betting $50 or $100 a hand at BJ to see if you can hit big? And more often than not you'll lose the original $100?

Is OC the same company as GP? Or just the same bonus? And is Games Gifts really worth it? I thought I heard people complaining about them.

My neteller is in $ and I chose pounds. You will pay a fee from neteller on coversion, but as another poster said, it almost doubles the bonus. Came to like a $570 bonus. Neteller auto makes the adjustment. You deposit through Golden Palace in pounds(they make the calculation for how many dollar). This was about 1 month ago. Bonus credited after the phone call no problems all in pounds. U.S. address used.

Yes thats about the basics of Sticky bonuses. I don't do them so I can really tell you more then what I have read about.

OC is the same company as Golden Palace and once you do one you can not do more.

Games Gifts has been great for me, and I signed up about 2 weeks ago. Both myself and my brother (who i coaced through the bonuses so I know just what he did) both have earned 250 dollar amazon cards. Some Times it takes a week or so for these to get creditted but who cares? its free stuff for doing the same casino's you would have anyways.

I really don't understand why people can complain about this site, they respond to support tickets quickly and deliver on their promises, and even if they screw you you still get the casino bonuses.

Anyways, good luck on your bonuses.

I was planning on starting with GP tonight so maybe I'll do OC instead if it's the same bonus and same company, especially if I can get something out of GG for it.

Again, thanks a lot for the help.

Can anyone confirm that you can still deposit in pounds using neteller to receive the bonus?

The terms now state pounds require myCitadel.

Thanks,
