NL100 - Aces get raised on the flop

Villain was tight and solid but fairly straightforward, run like 15/5/2 over 400 hands. I mainly put him on a medium sized overpair, didn't think he would play either a set or a flushdraw this way. Hence, I thought I did the right play but I'm not sure. Comments?

Flop bet is a bit weak.

Flop bet is weak because of the flushdraw, or just generally to weak? I though 2/3 pot would be appropriate to entice some action yet cutting of profit for draws. I notice that among most ppl on this board every bet not close to exact potsize is seen as weak, specifically half pot bets and probelike bets seems to get disregarded all the time. Drifted away a little from the actual hand now, but I think it's an interesting topic. Thanks for your input.

if you put him on a medium overpair and not a set or draw then why raise the turn? i don't see someone with his stats calling a $60 raise on an essentially blank turn with a medium pair. why not call again and see if you can get him to bet the river?

id play it the same way, if he as 66 or 2x hes getting my stack

Excellent point. I figured him for a pair, and albeit I was not sure I agree calling must have been better. I guess I was hoping for something like tens or jacks, or maybe queens (I seriously doubted he would re-raise anything but kings and aces against me preflop) to get out of line. Added the slight POSSIBILITY of some kind of draw (like two strong overcards and flushdraw) I simply decided to raise. Also Im positive he wouldn't bet the river again, but maybe he would have called a smaller bet? Anyway, given my read and the way I played the flop I guess the turn raise might been kind of stupid.

Flushdraw + 2 other people in the pot.
Betting "weak" on dry(er) flops is fine.

Though you should never underestimate the donks desire to see another card.

I bet $10 on flop. If he will fold an overpair to 3-bet, your flop call is good.

Turn raise is a little small in relation to the pot, but if he has a 2-outer like we suspect it's a good sized bet. If he calls you're set up for a nice river push.

I would not be worried about going broke here. This is a sweet board for AA against this type of villain.
