question on intercasino bonus

this is 2500 wr for blackjack...more then starluck/planetluck. What do most of you wager per hand?? Also i see the chart says to surrender on certain hands..i don't see that option on intercasino unless im missing that.

If you have a small bankroll bet $1 a hand to lock in some profit, as your bankroll increases you can up your bets.

Since the waging requirement does not reset at the end of the month you dont really want to bust out very often as you will have to complete the left over waging requirement the month after.
