Bonuses for tournament players?

I find that most(all?) of the profit I have made from online poker is due to the bonuses ground out at low limit tables. I think I actually prefer to play tournaments or sit and goes to limit ring games. Are there any sites where clearing one's bonus via tournaments is a viable strategy?
