Question re: proof of ID requirements

I'm about to begin whoring. Planning to hit Planetluck and Starluck in this week, and go from there. From reading this forum and other sites, it sounds like some places will require picture ID and sometimes also utility bill in order to cash out. I'm new to my current home address, and the bills are in my girlfriend's name. So, my picture IDs will take some time to update the address info, and the utility bill thing is a problem. Any advice? Also, is this type of proof required at most places, or only a select few?

I don't have my current address on my id and that has yet to be an issue for any casino that has required it.

When I had just moved, I sent a scan of the rental contract of my new address.
