After your friend finishes his points how long does it take to have the money put in your account?

Its been about 3 days here, do I need to email them?

Mine have always been instant. Not always the right amount (though fixed as soon as the problem is pointed out), but always instant.

However, keep in mind that the IAF page showing their progress only shows until they reach the first half of the bonus. AFter that you're flying blind.

They are really sucking on this now. Not only are they giving $25 for $37.50 bonuses, but they're also taking days to credit it. Annoying as hell. I've called CS 5 times now and it's still not fixed in my account.

HW is blowing all their goodwill really quickly...

Hi all,

My money was credited a few hours after sending an email to them. They also threw in a freeroll into a 5.50 multi table tourny.

I had the same problem...live support fixed it in 5 minutes.
