You could just continue using your other 99 IDs. If you really miss having the complete 100 ID set, then get another ID.

I cleared the bonus Ok for about 6 months and then got really tired of betting 2-4 a hand so I started doubling or nothing on the first hand. If I busted I cashed out my money and waited til next month. Worked ok for a few months, but when I busted 3 straight months I was told to take a hike. I honestly don't care as clearing a BJ bonus could be the most mind numbing thing ever.
