i cant get the software to start installing after it downloads.

anyone have this problem before?

Probably a firewall or something. Do you have one of those boxes below the address bar saying the download was blocked?

I did have this proble my first time. I had to reboot my machine and run the install files again. In my experience these casinos have sh*t software and this sort of thing is pretty common. Youll learn to love the software freezing on you and sometimes pulling up two windows of the same screen at random intervals. In any session I would say I lose about 100 hands an hour due to software freeze ups and glitches. I hope this was helpful /images/graemlins/smile.gif
