I am thinking of signing on the pokerroom network, but I'm unsure what's the best way to start. There is a PSO deal, 400 dollar bonus which some of you guys have mentioned for pokerroom...then there's the Hollywood Poker deal at BW. You don't get rb with these sign ups, so do you guys sign up for another skin to just get the rakeback? Do you cost yourself for not getting a RB deal signing up through PSO and Bonuswhores? Thanks.

Hollywood poker. 50% to 200 5 times play through, and you can get another 75 by being referred.

I'll send you a PM about being referred.

You're not addressing his question.

Both the BW Hollywood and PSO Pokerroom offers are good signups, but what volume of hands and at what stakes are you planning to play at? Really these are bonuses that you hit up and then leave so if you want to play on the pokerroom network long term you should consider rakeback. Of course a way to do this might be to do pokerroom and hollywood for the signup bonuses and find another skin to play on with rakeback.

PSO has Pokerroom for 12000 points($120 equity) +$40 bonus for 400 points
Hollywood is $200 for 1000 points plus reloads
Take your pick

I'm not sure about rakeback, so this is more of an add on question than an answer. If you sign up, do RAFs and sign up bonuses, and they keep coming out with reload bonuses (which Hollywood has been doing), would you be better off doing the bonuses or RB?

The Hollywood deal is also 100% up to $200 at 5x, not 50% (you can also do 200% up to $300 at 7x). The referral is $75 for you and $75 for the person who referred you. Most people in this forum are offering significant kickback off of their $75, so that you keep most of the $150 for the RAF. You can also check BW for the reload bonuses Hollywood has offered over the past year or so.

I think the 7X reloads are still better than RB but the guys on the rakeback section would know for sure. gl

7xreloads=100% rb at fullring, 50% at 5-handed

There was a thread about this very topic recently in the rakeback forum and most agreed the bonuses were better than rakeback.

I recently cleared the hollywood 5x $200 bonus, and I am working on the Pokerroom one. It took about 3500 hands on $25 nl, and less than a 1000 of $50 nl to clear it. It clears a lot faster at the $50 nl if you can afford it.
