Hey all
I finished the linesmaker bonus a couple of months ago and have been eating up the loose sng's and 5-10he games and now have decided to cashout some of my winnings to start another whore on poker.com.
So i try to cash out 500, and it just circulates back to my account and just says proceed to bank (wtf does that mean?), so i contacted support and they said that i wasnt allowed to deposit because i used a different name to make the deposit, which is true. Me and my friend use the same netteller account as means of tranfering funds from one site to another or immediate cashout from netteller to my friends bank. We both share a flat and it seems like a good idea as i was having trouble getting my own bank account and therefore couldnt open a netteller one.
I told them that i do this on many different sites and had never had this problem before, plus the fact that they allowed (TOOK) my deposit although it conflicts with there rules somehow..... Its now 1:30 am and iv'e contacted support numerous times and i got a variety of responses from them such as ill be able to withdraw in 48hrs (which was 3 days ago), theyve also said they want a scanned letter written and signed by david (wtf???), and now they just said that someones dealing with it and ill be contacted by email shortly (which they said before). Can someone give me an idea of what to do here? Should i post/email casinomeister?

thx in advance, ill keep updating if i get some posts

Sportingbet sites are bad news. They seem to look for any way to screw players.

That being said, sharing a Neteller account is bad news. Most sites specify in their t&c's that payment method and account must be in the same name.

Contact support. Tell them what happened (i.e. used your buddies Neteller) and prey they forgive you.

Then, get your own Neteller and don't ever play at sportingbet sites again.
