I've searched and found some info about how they lie and delay but I need to vent.

I am having major problems getting Bet Royal to pay me.

I whored them and finished up $600 for a total of $800. It has now been about a month since I cashed out. I've called every day for the past 2 weeks. For the first week and a half, they said it would be in my Neteller the next day.

Then they sent me an e-mail that said my cashout was "approved" and it would be in my Neteller within 24 hours. I called back the next day asking why I did not receive it. He then said they have 72 hours after the cashout is approved. He said I would receive it by Tuesday. Of course, I did not get it. Apparently the problem was Tuesday was a holiday in Costa Rica.

So I called back on Wednesday. He said I would receive the money by midnight. I didn't get it. I called yesterday. He said I would get it in the next two hours. Called back 2 hours later. He said I would get it in 3 hours. Called back 3 hours later. He said I would get it by midnight. Of course, didn't get it.

Every time they act like they have no idea what is going on. They blame the delays on "accounting". I talk to the same 2 guys every time I call. I feel like I am becoming best friends with these guys. Every time I call I bust their balls and crack jokes about how much they suck.

I have e-mailed casinomeister and Greg at CasinoBonusPages (whom I signed up at Bet Royal through, their linky). Greg said he would get them to stop messing around. That was 4 days ago.

Is this completely standard? Do they do the same routine with everybody? I feel like I'm really getting shafted here. I can't even imagine what the situation will be like when I actually get paid. That means that Bet Royal CS will actually have had to tell the truth.

Keep posting. They blow. They aren't worth the hassle to whore. This crap ends up resulting in my hourly being comparable to McDs.

Yeah mine is taking quite a long time too, although I haven't inquired about it yet...

Do you think their policy is "Don't actually process any cashouts until the account holder calls to complain 10 times?"

ImsaKidd told me his took 27 days.

Umm... I think that they try to avoid you at all if humanly possible.

Mine took almost exactly 1 month as well with constant harassment and posts on CasinoMeister.

The comment about 10 times was sarcasm. It just takes a ton of calling and crap with them.

Ouch. I just requested a big cashout of 3k (was really lucky). Guess I have to wait a year then. Please keep us updated how your cashout is proceeding!

I've called at least twenty times. Now when I call they only answer about 10% of the time. They must have caller ID.

If they would just tell me the truth I would be fine with it. If they told me they will pay in 2 weeks and it was actually the truth, I would be fine with that. What is annoying is having to call them every day and having them tell me the same thing every day when I know, and they know I know, that they are lying to me.

Yesterday I told him I knew he was lying to me (like I do every time) and he offered to bet me 50% of my cashout that I would receive the money when he said. I declined. Of course, I didn't get the cashout, but I have a feeling I would have gotten it if I would have taken his bet.

I was really lucky too there. I was luckier than I'd ever been anywhere else. Usually I'm the first person to chalk up stuff like this to variance, but with these guys I think anything is possible. They are the shadiest casino I've dealt with by far. I wonder if they somehow let you win at first then send you on a massive bad streak, which they think will turn you into a compulsive gambler, and they can get your life savings. I know it sounds far-fetched, but I see a lot of posts where people are talking about massive cashouts. Putting that together with my own experience, it makes me wonder....

(Now the "I busted at Bet Royal" posts will ensue, shooting my theory down.)

So with standard you mean they will pay, but I have to call them repeately and wait a month for the money?

I'm also curios if anybody have succeded to withdraw more than $2000. In their T&C they state that a player can't cash out more than $5000 during a month. But when your read about withdrawal (not in the T&C) they state that a non VIP player can only cash out $2000 per week.

I have requested a withdrawal of $3k. Maybe they will start bitching about that, so I have to go trough three withdrawal processes (one that I have to cancel because it's to big, and two cashouts of $1.5k). Should a cancel my original withdrawal request and ask for cashout of $1.5k? Any suggestions?

If I thought that would have worked I would have tried it.

I have now called them around ten times today. Every time I call I am put on insta-hold without even talking to anybody. It says they are with other callers, but I seriously doubt it. Once I left the phone and came back an hour later and was still on hold.

They can't have that many callers because they recognize me by the sound of my voice at this point.

Just wait until Monday. If you call on the weekend they will just say accounting is not there so they cannot help you. Or they will make up some BS about a Costa Rican holiday.

Please check out Casinomeister.com īs site about Rogue casinos /images/graemlins/spade.gif, BetRoyal.Com is listed there for telephonic threats. The one that was reported at Casinomeisters was for $200. Customer wanted his original untouched deposit back, but instead after some hassle received phone telephonic threats from BetRoyal. Check out the full story:

http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/onli...s-betroyal.html (http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/online-casino-poker-complaints-old-section/10221-threats-betroyal.html)

Getting paid from BetRoyal in 30 days or less? Some people will call you lucky. I have understood that their business model is cut payouts to their customers as much as possible. The ones that have energy pursuing their money might get their money in a month or so. The others dont see a dime. They might give up or they just gamble it away in frustration. And if everyone claimed for their money then probably no one would see it. "This crap ends up resulting in my hourly being comparable to McDs." Sums it up quite nicely.

Take look at this story of a guy who claims that he was worked for a company in Costa Rica, on the same floor in the same building that Betroyal operates in. This story mentions telephonic threats as a practice in their business.

Actually, I feel a little scared of just writing this stuff here. They might come after me next. And I am not kidding.

Because of this all this, if you wanna be safe, I always check Casinomeisters Rogue List before I sign up for a new casino. The FREE BONUS MONEY can end up being very expensive.

Wow that second article was something...no doubt some parts were exaggerated or even fabricated, but many parts rang true, especially about the Latin American holidays, LOL.

I did a $11 signup bonus there a few months ago, finished up $550, cashed out, and got it the next day.

I also got banned, but what do I care? They suck, and if I ever want to go back to that network, I'll do it through a reputable skin.

The trick: Pay the absurd fees for their Western Union service. It's the only way they'll actually care enough to send your money in a form other than rubber.

Swede:
Their maximum cashout is $2000. If you cashed out $3000 at once they will probably wait a month and tell you the max cashout is $2000 and you will have to wait another month. If you did it as seperate sums, only the first one will go through (in 4 weeks or so) and the other(s) will be cancelled. They won't even tell you they cancelled the others.

Everyone else:
I've realized that NOTHING will make the cashout process any faster (other than western union). I've tried emails, being nice, being a dick, calling every day, and none of them had any effect. You can at least get some comfort knowing that you'll be paid eventually.

Ok, thanks. I made a $3k withdrawal request. Guess I have to cancel it and request a knew one.
