It's a Prima site so any .25c rake counts non-cotributed.
Traffic is ok but not like Stars or Party

1- you pm your friend your name and email addy
2- He fills out a refer a friend form at the Poker site
3- the Poker site emails you with offer and a download
4- You enter your friends alias when you register

You have to enter the referrers nick after you login the first time. When you login you first confirm your prima alias and after you have done that, you can fill in the name of the referrer.

Your math is only good if only one person at the table is getting the $30 RAF bonus. If 8-9 of them are, then they're losing lots of money.

They told me I was credited with the RAF bonus, and were checking on the signup bonus. I was surprised. I e-mailed before going to sleep at 4 a.m. and when I got up for work at 8, had a response.

I just verified through poker tracker that I did receive the $30 RAF.

I highly recommend this bonus. I cleared it in about 5 hours single tabling $50 NL. I ran $50 up to $165, still waiting for the other $30 bonus.

That's crazy. I sent one, they said I was credited with the RAF (which I was), I sent another asking if they were checking on the signup bonus, they wrote back saying I was. I checked my account, and I was indeed credited. My experience with their support was very positive.

I cleared the 100 raked hands and was awarded the $30 RAF automatically within 24h. Then I played a few more hands and e-mailed support about the $30 sign-up. That $30 was credited the same day.

CS is giving me garbage info. Have terms changed? This is what I was told by two different CS reps. You must wager $30 at the poker tables to get the $30 bonus credited. Then you must wager 30x or $900 to be able to cash out the bonus. I told them both that had to be wrong and sounded more like a casino bonus. They both insisted that was for poker. The t&amp;c states you must bet in 100 raked hands (contributed) or wager $100 in bets. What's the real story? Thanks.

GB apparently never gave me my RAF, and due to winning a bit more than I though, I never noticed. When I asked them about it, this was their response:

"Please note that you will not receive a refer-a-friend bonus if you are referred.

Only the referrer will receive the bonus."

What the hell?

One GB customer suppport rep can give 15 different answers to the same question. Keep on them, and they should come through. Try calling, emailing, live chatting, whatever. I had one referral that didn't get credited, and they finally made it right after about 6-7 emails.

But just to make sure that I haven't been wrong about this all along, you get a bonus for referring as well as one for being referred right? Because I only got the $30 signup and they're telling me that there is no bonus for being referred, which was how I took it all along.

You are correct, they are wrong. You are SUPPOSED to receive a bonus as the one referring and the one being referred. So, if you just signed up there, you should get $60 between your signup bonus and RAF bonus.

If they're going to do this, they need to change the refer-a-friend page on their site that still says "$30 for you AND $30 for your friend". If they want to end a promotion, its their right, but they should at least get everything straight on their own site.

I would keep trying, as CS is really bad there (maybe call and try to get a different person this time). Hopefully it will go through eventually. Good luck.

Yeah, I'm not that happy since I signed up at least a week and a half ago and emailed them a number of times. I actually kind of liked it there, but since I'll be moving on myself, I'll settle for what I got.

Ok...First of all their promotion says you have to purchase at least 30$ and wager 30$ to get the signup bonus. Its on their website.
I figure that was it. Didnt like the rockgarden type of tables, but finished still.
Now I recieve a message saying "We require you wager your purchase
in full AND have at least 100 raked hands."
So I should wager 100$ AND play 100 contributed raked hands. Cause thats what they are...CONTRIBUTED. I played about 100 hands and they say I only have 18 raked hands. Even their counter that has dealt raked hands says 41.
