Can you withdraw and redeposit $$$ from Party to get a reload bonus?

My friend is new to the world of online poker and his bankroll on Party just crossed the $500 milestone. I am now trying to make him get a neteller account so he can easily move money in and out of Party for when they give out reload bonuses. But will he be able to cash out his entire bankroll and then redeposit it for a bonus after the reload has already been offered? I seem to remember cashing out used to nullify a person's ability to get a reload bonus in the past. Is that still the case?

I thought they used to have a rule that you could not have made any cashouts within 3(?) days of depositing for the bonus. This may not be the case now.
