Party sizzler - Pokertracker vs. their stats

Anyone figure out how to reconcile raked hands for this stupid promo (for cash game players)? Partypoints accumulated on my statement are routinely understated vs. the TRH count on Pokertracker to the tune of almost 15%.

My guess is not all hands raked $0.05 are counting on their side for some reason.

It another thread, someone noted that "raked" to Party means an MGR of at least 0.01 for a hand. If the rake is 0.05 and there are 6 or more players in the hand at the table, it apparently doesn't count as "raked."
