View Full Version : All of my Crypto software is not working

With the new month upon us I decided to get a early start on my cryptos.

Last night I played at Sun Poker and everything worked fine. However today I booted up the software and it acted funny.

The software starts up fine and the little popup box comes up with the news and whatnot. However after i close the box I cannot do much. I can see the tables, get the tables highlighted, but doubleclicking does nothing. Clicking on "cashier" or "options" does nothing either. Whats really weird is "Help" and "exit" brings up a windows box that says this program must be shut down!

So I decided to uninstall and reinstall.....same crap happens. So I thought I would try Will Hill and Pokerplex....SAME THING every program I can look at the tables and see who is sittin in them, but I cant login or open the tables. And every program the help and exit buttons close the program.

So I decided to uninstall all my Cryptos and reinstall one.
Did not work.

I think the Crypto software just updates as did windows. I thought that may have something to do with it....

Anyone out there have any ideas?

Thanx guys,

Briton

briton, same thing happened to me. I e-mailed support and they said that it was probably because of an antispyware/firewall issue. So I went into all my antispyware/firewall stuff and made sure cryptos were enabled. Still nothing. It also happened to me immediately after the software update.

It is still not working for me.

An interesting note is that Intercasino works, but interpoker/sunpoker and whatnot do not work.

When I talked to suport they gave told tech about my problem and they just sent me some crappy troubleshooting email that told me to delete my interet cookies and stuff. They are ignorant. Hopefully lots of people will have this problem and they will get flooded with email, cause they seem to think it MY fault.

Weird. Whats your plan of action?

Yeah, I got the same e-mail.

"Windows XP has a built-in firewall"

No [censored] dude. Do you have the latest version of flash installed? I just updated it as they suggested, but no difference. I am going to try uninstalling, re-installing and then restarting and see how that goes. If that doesn't work I am just going to probably play somewhere else.

okay, here's what I did:

uninstall old flah.
install new flash.
uninstall all crypto stuff
download latest definitions for Windows Defender (probably irrelevant)
restart
download and install crypto stuff

It worked. Magic. FYI just updating flash without restarting didn't do anything.

All crypto sites are running like [censored] for me, still working but terribly slow and lots of disconnects, my country has also firewalled out all their cashier pages which i have to proxy around, so i'm not sure if it's just me.

Thank you OP for posting this problem and also to jaxup for posting this solution. I was having the same problem with all Crypto poker sites and also with Starluck casino.

I uninstalled Flash, re-installed Flash, re-booted and everything is working fine now.

I experienced the same problem several months ago.

As others have stated it has to do with a "corrupted" flash install.

Make sure to uninstall any and all flash software (you may have to get a tool from Macromedia to do this) and then reinstall it clean and it should solve the problem

This sounds like the same problem I have had(not being able to get the cashier working) except it was at casino-on-net. I tried reinstalling it several times as well as following their websites troubleshooting guide with no luck. Do you think reinstalling flash may fix my problem with casino-on-net?
