Got an email today from 32red.com titled "Monthly Bonus from 32Red Casino" it states in the email I can deposit £50, contact them and they will add a bonus £50 to my account. So today I deposit £50 and contact them via live chat and I'm told:
This bonus scheme is by invitation only and unfortunately you have not been invited to participate at this time.
Invitation to this scheme is reviewed monthly and all accounts are reviewed on an individual basis. Accounts are judged on all merits, including regularity of play, loyalty, amount deposited etc.
Your account will continue to be monitored and I hope that you can rejoin this scheme in future and if we can be of further assistance to you please do not hesitate to contact us.
I told the operator I was invited as I was sent the email but he told me it was a mistake. I asked to speak to a manager and was refused :S
Has this happened anyone in the past? Did you get the bonus credited somehow after this? How should I proceed?
This is my 2nd monthly offer last month I cashed out £300 after playing over 3k in wagers.
