Anyone get the Will Hill casino bonus this month?

it happened to me since last month. No clue what's the matter. same thing this month. sent a couple of mails and got no reply.

is their CS bad or just me?

This worked fine for me this month. I had a problem once like a year ago where my account hadn't been totally zeroed out. Maybe that had something to do with it? Iirc, I had like 10c left from last month's bonus. When I gambled the 10c then bought chips, it worked fine.

I hate Will Hill's CS. There phone number doesnt' work and when I tried to send an e-mail by clicking their link and filling out the form it said I had an invalid help password or some such crap. There wasn't even a place to put a stupid password there. I also had the same problem as the OP. I bought chips and nothing.

they did answered one of my 6 mails, saying that i had some bonus dollar left, and once I cash them in I will be able to get the bonus.

But I could find NOWHERE such said bonus left, therefore could not zero it. and they didnot answer my mail since then. Ortho, do you know where to find this said bonus?

I reinstalled the software and still didnot work. also, when I log into the casino, it automatically buy in for all i have in the sportsbook. any similar case?

Cash all chips in even if it says you don't have any, then buy chips for at least £25 is what worked with me, though it was maybe a year ago and i honestly can't remember if I had to miss the month I was doing it in and if it only worked once the next month had come. Theoretically, losing £1 of your own money might reset the system, but it is possible that it didn't give you the bonus b/c it didn't think your acct was at zero then it won't give you the bonus after b/c it wasn't your first deposit of the month.
