I doubt this will concern any of you guys playing Starluck/Planetluck but I've had an awful time with them so far.

Had no trouble with Starluck depositing last Wednesday (26th). My eChecks bank account was already verified because of my previous PartyPoker account. However, cashing out was not as trouble free. They said I'd have to wait until next Wednesday for them to start processing my cash out to Neteller because:

The next day I went to Planetluck. They wouldn't even let me deposit because my account wasn't verified even after Starluck and Planetluck. I emailed them and they requested a voided check be sent in

I did this after at least 4 different emails and 4 different phone calls totaling 2 hours. What’s more is that they wanted me to to send in ID as well to even get the cash out to be processed! So finally my ID was verified and my accounts unlocked so I then tried to deposit but I wasn't even allowed that because my other deposit from Starluck hadn't settled.

Great I thought, maybe I should just give up all together or wait a while (probably what i should have ended up doing).

I decided to deposit by Neteller for the bonus and finished the WR soon after. I requested for a cash out and just like Starluck was put on hold until Wednesday.

So here we are on Tuesday and both deposits have settled in my account but still no money in Neteller. Hopefully I’ll have the money by tomorrow as promised.

So much for quick cash outs, what a pain in the ass...

The IGMPay quote is legit. they can't let you cash out money if your deposit hasnt cleared your bank yet.

Also If your gonna do casino's do your self a HUGE favor and set up a Neteller account. Makes everything easier.

Wait till you try and work off a RAF playing 3cp if you have to. You'll lose $50 clearing a $25 bonus.

Are you able to do IGM at both sites? I tried depositing with IGM at planet luck but it kept on bringing up the Starluck IGM method.

They're both run by the same company. Planetluck seems to run through Starluck. I saw the same thing. As long as you brought up the cashier page with Planetluck you'll have no trouble depositing with iGM-Pay. Assuming yoru account is verified and they put you through hell.

How long should planet luck take to pay into a neteller account? Its been 4 days not a huge wait but id like to know?

If you're talking about a Neteller deposit you made, it should be back in your account in less than 24 hours (mine took less than 2). If you deposited with IGMPAY for that bonus, it can take a week for any withdrawal to be processed as they have to wait for the funds to clear from your bank.

Got the full 500 bucks in my account from both. So they're in the clear.

If you're talking about a Neteller deposit you made, it should be back in your account in less than 24 hours (mine took less than 2). If you deposited with IGMPAY for that bonus, it can take a week for any withdrawal to be processed as they have to wait for the funds to clear from your bank.

Lucky u told me this, I contacted them and they said there had been an error with my cash out. I gotta wait 8 hrs before i can cash out now but at least i know whats happening!
