I doubt this will concern any of you guys playing Starluck/Planetluck but I've had an awful time with them so far.
Had no trouble with Starluck depositing last Wednesday (26th). My eChecks bank account was already verified because of my previous PartyPoker account. However, cashing out was not as trouble free. They said I'd have to wait until next Wednesday for them to start processing my cash out to Neteller because:

The next day I went to Planetluck. They wouldn't even let me deposit because my account wasn't verified even after Starluck and Planetluck. I emailed them and they requested a voided check be sent in
I did this after at least 4 different emails and 4 different phone calls totaling 2 hours. What’s more is that they wanted me to to send in ID as well to even get the cash out to be processed! So finally my ID was verified and my accounts unlocked so I then tried to deposit but I wasn't even allowed that because my other deposit from Starluck hadn't settled.
Great I thought, maybe I should just give up all together or wait a while (probably what i should have ended up doing).
I decided to deposit by Neteller for the bonus and finished the WR soon after. I requested for a cash out and just like Starluck was put on hold until Wednesday.
So here we are on Tuesday and both deposits have settled in my account but still no money in Neteller. Hopefully I’ll have the money by tomorrow as promised.
So much for quick cash outs, what a pain in the ass...
