Full Tilt store replacing damaged goods.

I'm sure that there are a million stories of bad customer support but I wanted to share my good one. I ordered the first two Harrington on Hold em books from Full Tilt with my points. They arrived damaged but after only one email I was shipped two more books without any hassle.

Well, I wish they actually had useful stuff, like fooz ball tables, PSPs, BBQs, monitors, etc.

Books and umbrellas blow, but it's good to here they've got nice CS.

I should, likely they will sit on the shelf with my other poker books and the bad condition ones will go out on loan to friends.
