If you are playing 3CP for $5 per hand & raise but the dealer does not qualify will the entire hand count as $5 or $10.

Anyone know whats standard at other casinos?

Every Microgaming, Playtech, and RTG casinos I've seen always counts the raise as part of your wagering in 3CP.
