I recently made a deposit on this site and did not get credited the deposit bonus automatically like it says on the website. I contacted support via email and they said it would be credited within 12 hours. It is almost 24 hours now and I would like to know if anyone else has had a negative experience with Intertops Casino in regards to bonuses.

Should I just cashout?

I ran so bad at Intercasino, I will not be going back!!

But I had the bonus credited pretty much right away.

Not intercasino. Intertops. I am pretty sure they are totally different.

same thing happened to me... i wound up cashing out. it took a while to get it

I got the bonus within 12 hours. After wagering 1k+ with blackjack, I found out I misread the T&C. I emailed them that I want to cash out without the bonus. Before emailing them, I tried to cashout the funds. Since I wasn't familiar with their software, I deposit another $100 into my account /images/graemlins/frown.gif (They give me additional $15 bonus on this though).

In the email in return, they said that I could withdraw after complete the WR for the $15 bonus, and fortunately blackjack does count toward this bonus. I ended up cashing out 74 dollars more. Not too bad.

By the way, they require 14 days waiting period for the first cashout.
