haven't finished WR on Will hill and wondering if i carry it over to next month will they still let me reload in august?

I tried several times this month to transfer money to casino, but never got the GBP25 bonus. I sent a mail to ask why, they said that I had some GBP6 residul in bonus account which I need to cash in first. I canot find anything correspond to this and sent them a couple of mails to ask again, no reply since 2 weeks.

any similar experience?

You can carry the July bonus over to August, but you still have to complete the Turn Requirement for the July bonus before they will give you the August bonus.

So after you finish the July Bonus, cashin your chips and logout. Then log back in, buy chips in the casino, and they will give you the August bonus.

Try playing in USD download casino... Had the same problem even though I know a friend plays in the GBP casino without hitches... anyhow support told me to do this and it worked... 40 US bonus instead of 25 GBP though /images/graemlins/frown.gif but not a huge difference
