party points gone?

I haven't played on party for at least a few months. When I logged on the other day all my points were gone. Have I lost them? I have emailed them several times and can't get a straight answer.

go to the my account page, then the players club, on of the links brings you to a page where you can reclaim them.

Also, never email party, just call them.

Thanks Ken, but it said I have no points to reclaim. I know I didn't use them.

Only one month really. I just signed in thinking it was about time to play a few hands to keep my points (They used to email when you were getting close). Sure enough, hadn't played there since Jun 27. Points went bye-bye a few days ago. Only about 30k, which is a lot less than some people around here have, but enough to make it suck.
