Where do i find this out for bonuses, and how much left i have to wager until i cashout, or is the only way to find out to ask customer service every time i want to know??

Depends on the specific casino. A lot of them have an option where you can see in how far you satisfied the WR. Or they have some sort of comp point system where you can translate the number of comp point into wagered amount.

If it does not have either of those, use a calculator or pen and paper.

I bought the one on the left. Very nice and soft press. Also beeps if you want it to let you know you pressed it correctly.

I picked up a cheap golf counter at Walmart $1.50.

Yeah, i did that at first and posted about it, but i got tired of the hard press action and restarting every 100, and went for the softer 99,999 counter above.

I may do that in the near future. At the time I figured as small an investment as possible is preferred since I didn't know if this is something I would get into or not. $10 or $20 for a counter isn't a big deal monetarywise, but outside of this it'd just be a paperweight since I have no need for one.

Another route for counting would be a digital watch. Most have a tally counter on them. Would have used that myself, but couldn't find any of my old ones...
