View Full Version : Big bonus, big cashout at Monaco Gold

I had read mixed things at Casinomeister, but I wanted to mention that for those not aware that Monaco Gold paid me in a big way. Their promo is deposit 500, 800 in bonus. You can do this in dollars, euros, or pounds, but keep in mind that pounds has a higher playthrough requirement (25600 vs 15800 or so).

They had to be contacted via live support to get the full bonus (it only had done 600 initially), but they were fast in doing so. Blackjack not allowed, I did a mix of jacks or better and deuces wild. I ended up cashing out 1500 euros on my 500 euro deposit (donking it down from 1700 for some overplay). It took 4 days to process and id was required, but they were fine.

I had a bad experience once where they did not credit a bonus, and never answered my e-mails.

Ouch, I'm sorry. Had you tried their live chat? I only ask because they were painfully slow on the phone, but were suprisingly awesome on the live chat.

No problems for a 950 pound cashout. I was bonusbanned immediately after though.

I did that one a few months ago and cashed out about $1000. It was one of my favorite casinos to play.

On a side note, 32vegas changed its bonus structure (which used to be the same as Monaco Gold). Damn! I was going to do that one next.

Livechat repeatedly said I should mail, and told me none of my mails had arrived. They must have some freaky mailserver.

I tryed to get this bonus a couple of weeks ago but was told in live support that my specific account wasn't eligible for that bonus but rather some [censored] one that would have been a waste of time. Pfffft whatever.

I cashed out about $1200 2 days ago. I have not heard anything yet. When did they ask for id? And was it by email or what?

It was via e-mail, to my gmail account specifically so if you haven't gotten the mail, you may want to chat with them and check or perhaps you got lucky and don't need it. Since I keep my photo id on my hard drive, it was no problem to send, but doing it the first time can be a pain.
