Small problem with Hollywood

I too got the offer to do one of their bonuses again so I decided to go for the "200% up to $300 bonus which clears at x7." version.

Since there was nowhere to enter the code I was given, I just deposited. 24 hours later there was still no bonus available, so I sent them a mail. They replied that they had corrected the error but now I've been given this $500 bonus which clears x15.

I've sent another 3 mails, but they refuse to reply.

So... where do I go from here?
