wireless access at the rio

I read on one of these forums that people have been able to tap into a wireless network from their room (at the Rio). can anyone who has done this post how to do it or PM me the trick to pulling this off? thanks in advance

It depends what floor you are on. I got into it on floor4 no probs, but am now on the 9th floor and cant get it.
