Just won a seat LAST NIGHT, can't get a clear answer...

Gotta buy plane tix and weasel my way out of work. FT says I need to get there by the 27th, but no response to repeated emails asking "when" on the 27th. Anyone know of any way I can get ahold of a real live person?

Well I am not flying in until late on the 27th. I will likely then go to the Rio and officially register. My 1st day isn't until the 30th.

So I think anytime on the 27th is just fine. The RIO says you need to register 1 hour prior to the starting time of the day you play.

unfortunately, you're not going to get an answer from FT or from the Rio. the Rio is way behind on pre-registration forms from the past couple weeks, and FT is clueless.
