37 x 9 = 333. however, there were 524, and some tables were 10 handed.

tomorrow, the 54 remaining play on 9 tables of 6 handed.

Guthmann Flops A Monster
With a flop of AspadeAdiamondKclub, Robert Guthmann checks and then calls the bet of Tommy Fiore. The turn brings the 8spade, inticing Guthmann to check-raise Fiore, who calls hesitantly. The river brings the 3diamond, and after a pause, Guthmann bets and Fiore calls. Guthmann reveals the AheartKdiamond, for the flopped nuts. Fiore mucks his hand face down.

thanks all. today actually was a bit of a mess. according to howard l, who let the TD know with no hesitation, the second day of this was "an embarassment to the wsop, and the worst structured event he had ever seen." he went on to say that the $ tourneys at FT give the players more play.

the problem was that round 3 was 1,000-2,000. with starting stacks at 15,000, it was a donfest crapshoot by third level.

oh well, i had a blast!! i went out with a set against a rivered gutshot broadway. no regrets.

watched daryn until the dinner break. he was at 500k or so, with hellmuth at 1 mil.

GO DARYN

on to the side games. woo

Congrats Granny!

Why didn't they just start everyone with the same starting stack as yesterday and made the blinds the same.

What was with Howard hitting a rivered set against your 2 pair early on today?

Because that would make sense?

300/600 limits when you start with 15k in chips is really crapshooty. It's strange how they have 11 levels scheduled for round 2, and 9 for the final table.
