View Full Version : Qualifying online before turning 21?

I wish this question was for me but it's for a friend who is 20 years old.

PartyPoker says in their rules that you need to be 21 to qualify for the World Series. My friend turns 21 in January of 2007, but wants to start trying to qualify for the WSOP whenever they begin giving out seats later this year for the 2007 main event.

Do you think it really matters if he is still 20 when he goes to qualify for a seat? Will PP/Harrah's/anyone actually find out he is only 20 at the time of qualifying? Anyone with experiences that can shed some light on this?

Um, I already am aware of what Party's rules are. The rules are not the point of this thread. Emailing them would not provide me an answer as to the likelihood they find out someone qualified underage.

Here's a crazy idea: Read my post before making a post with zero meaningful content.

Whitewash : We do not know what Party will do. Party does. Ask them.

Seriously, just ask Party.

Secondly, I suspect they won't be offering sats. before Jan. 07 anyway, so I wouldn't worry about it.

I actually did this last year and Party told me that it was fine. Unless they have changed their stance he should not have any problems.
