View Full Version : Just a question WPEX Legal? Even with legislation

So I'm sitting here, in most states isn't the only thing that makes having a poker site, or casino offering gambling whatever the rake? Otherwise its just a home game isn't it? So since they give all the rake back isn't that the same as having no rake at all?

Well I wasn't talking about WSEX /images/graemlins/smile.gif. But I doubt cohen cares I think he learned the first time. Now it's just a matter of his opinion which I believe is "now I'm going to do it 20 times worse than before, and screw the US government can't touch me in switzerland."

WPEX, the World Poker Exchange, an affiliate of the betting site WSEX, is not a charity and expects to make a profit, despite rebating all rake. But that is actually irrelevant to the new law, as I understand it, which makes illegal certain actions related to wagers, whether rake or vigorish is collected or not.
