Bodog cancels Vegas conference 4 days before it’s scheduled start

Exactly. There is no way in hell Ayre is going to be in the US anytime soon, unless he has an overwhelming desire to stay here for the next 20 years in accomodations much less desirable than the Bodog Compound in Costa Rica.
