PokerTracker problem

All of a sudden my PokerTracker is not downloading hand histories for NL games or 6 player max games. It is as thought I never played the hands. I did not knowingly turn on any filter, so I don't know how to fix this. Anyone know what I should do? Thanks in advance.

Or someone could try to answer it here as PT Forum is down now. Are you having trouble with auto-importing or auto-requesting hh? Be more specific as to your problem.
