youth keeps pushing the bar...anyone heard of this kid? jeff madsen..class of freaking 2007. apparently 2 final tables already including his 600k win. it's nice to have more than half a million to your roll while entering your senior year of college.
i turn 21 on july 22nd. When I win the Main event will this make me the youngest bracelet winner ever?

Whoa Orca you're 20? That is amazing. I would have thought you were like 30, at least.

Nah, i'm only 20. What makes you think that i'd be 30+ (not that any offence was taken)? /images/graemlins/smile.gif
I was gonna play the 1500 event on the 25th, but i'm getting in the 24th around midnight and didn't want to wast 1500 on a short stacked tourney that I would be exhausted for. Now that I know you're playing, I'll let you take that one down so you wont feel so bad when I win the ME because you will still be the youngest bracelet winner ever.

"I convinced them that I was going to play well," Madsen said of his parents, who put up $3,500 to help him buy into several events. He took $6,000 more out of a fund his grandfather started to help pay for college to buy into other events.
is this for real? does he not have a bankroll? wow.

I thought that guy who gave away pictures of his c0ck was the youngest bracelet winner ever? Peter Griffin or something.
Wait, no I think he was taken over by "E Fro".

it used to be that danny negreanu was youngest...then phil ivey, then griffin, the efro, and i guess now this kid. only way to insure u'll be the youngest is to enter the event day of your bday to win it...good luck kiddies.

How does this kid Jeff Madsen play? Like Stu Ungar? Hellmuth?
A 3rd, a 1st, and now on his way to another FT in the SH event (4th out of 36). Anyone know his style?

I'm sweating him, if for no other reason than being from my hometown (Santa Barbara) and playing at the same Indian Casino that I used to play....
Pretty impressive 2006 run thus far.
