I think that as long as there is a way to do it, IMO people will continue to play, regardless of the bill.

I've thought about this and if there is a way to play and receive cashouts without a problem, I'll still play. If the ISP's aren't forced to block the gaming servers, I might just have to leave a little money there just for fun. Of course, if I build a huge bankroll, I might just have to move out of the states to get it.
