I had some money on Ninepoker. I went tonight to clear it off and I see the amount i left in there in my poker balance and I see 1000.00 in my sportsbook balance. Ive never used the sportsbook. I think I made a big mistake that may hold up my cash now. I transferred the 1K into my poker account and requested a payout through neteller. Nine is pretty quick and it would usually be in there in a day. I have no idea where this 1K came from at all. My last deposit was 1K and I had to transfer it from my sportsbook to my poker account...kinda like eurobet, this is the only time there has everbeen money in the sportsbook section. 2 nights ago when I deposited there was no bonus or anything like that in there, but tonight. 1K sitting there. My pending cashout includes what I had in there and the 1K.
I went to the live chat and asked if I would have to pay the 30$ for cashing out more than once in a week...hoping that he would give me some insight to what this is, I didnt want to come out and say Hey I think you guys messed up, heres you 1K back" but he just said that he didnt have an answer to the if id have to pay the fee and gave me a number to call the accounting dept. I didnt mention the extra money. He said that since its been less than a week that they will probably stop the transaction....Did I do something stupid by trying to cashout this money? I figure party would figure out, and woudlnt try.. but could this small puny site really have just misteknly given me 1000.00????
If it was a bonus Id really like it back since I was able to bring it to the poker balance....it'd be like a weir poker-sticky bonus.
I looked at the pending bonuses and see nothing there. The only possible thing I can think of is that maybe this was the 100% casino bonus they advertise...but why would it be in the sportsbook and not the casino, and why wasnt it there the other day? And why did it let me transfer it to the poker balance??? Im so confused and worried that im going to get a call tomorrow from some assmunch support rep thats going to delay my money till monday. Sans my free 1k. Any thoughts?
