Another thing I'm not sure about is what hands I should defend the big blind with against a raise, and whether I should defend more often in multi-way pots or heads up/shorthanded pots. For instance:

PokerStars Game #2217682614: Hold'em Limit ($1/$2) - 2005/07/29 - 20:15:29 (ET)

Should I have called?
And lastly, the following hand and others like it annoy me to no end, I have no idea what to do:

auburnjosh30 collected $11.50 from pot
auburnjosh30: shows [Js 6s] (a pair of Tens)

I guess I could have just called him down, but there's a chance that he could be bluffing with a better hand than mine (K7, Ax, 33 for example) so what should I do? (I was planning to check the river if he just called.) Any suggestions? Thanks for the help.
