What is "unlawful" internet gambling and what constitutes "lawful" internet gambling?

Lawful Internet gambling is wagering on horseracing and lotteries. They're the only two items that were exempted from HR 4411.

My congressman, as all of the congressmen/woman in Colorado, voted "Aye". Blue and red alike. From what I heard last week in Vegas, the argument was that it was "for the children" and if you voted "Nay" you were anti-child.

Demagogery at its best/worst.

Tell this to all these kids and families. In "trying to win the hearts and minds" of Iraqi's we are tip toeing around and putting our soldiers at risk.

We will place kids in the line of bullets and bombs to fight for freedom, yet must protect them from cards? I bet if you polled soldiers about online poker they would be largely for keeping against outlawing it.

Bush head created from the photos of American soldiers who have died this year in Iraq - creator unknown.

Yeah you do. Or could try giving him a call... see if you can get him to open up about what's really bothering him. Surely it can't be the horrible effects of calculating pot odds.
