I completed this on Sunday evening, no bonus yet. Anybody know how long it takes to get this bonus into your poker account?

They say you need to wait a couple of days, but it still usually doesn't show up even then. You need to email support if you are sure you have completed the requirements. That is how I got mine.

Just curious here, think you will ever play on River Belle/Prima again after this bonus chasing experience?

I am waiting for a $100 bonus as well.

Will wait a few days before I start emailing them - some people have had their bonus credited automatically - others have to email support several times.

Or should I email them sooner?

If they credit the bonus without much hassle I will continue to play there - didnt mind the site and players.

I just went for a $100 sign-up bonus. Needed 9x raked hands.

There is a counter on the web page that keeps track of raked hands.

But no spot to tell you how much you have in unearned bonuses etc.

They have now switched to a points system for new players but I have never seen anywhere where it keeps track of your points.

I really doubt it...unless it's for another bonus. The tables were tight, and I lost a ton with really dominating hands. I think every set I flopped ended up with a 4 card straight on the board and me losing. I ran really bad on this site. Plus it's hard to multi-table.

I'm off to Bet365 for my next whoring expedition, and possibly another smaller bonus at the same time but I haven't figured out where yet.

I emailed them Sunday night and they replied that I needed to wait 48 hours and the system automatically credits this to my account. I think it was after midnight Sunday when I actually completed the raked hands so I'll give them til tomorrow morning. What about you, will you ever play at River Belle again?

I seriously doubt it unless they come out with some kind of juicy 5x reload. I hated the software, and I found the tables rather tight and just not many running of my prefered stakes. I also only play full ring, not 6 or 5 max.

Of course, I've run off to chase PokerRoom reload and Hollywood signup bonuses, and those are not the loosest tables in the world either. Kind of why I always wonder when people complain about Party. Sure, they may not be what they were like 2 years ago (not that I would know, just started playing about 6 mos ago), but compared to some other sites they still get my nod for non-bonus poker. I freely admit I have not tried all of the sites out there.

I emailed River Belle this morning to check on the bonus I cleared on Sunday but no reply yet. This is probably the first time I have not rec'd a reply back from them within 3 hours. Hopefully it's in my account when I get home from work.

I finally got my bonus a couple days ago. It took about 6 days. Waiting for my cashout to get to Neteller now.

They tried to take me around the block. It was ridiculous. First it took them 4 days to manually credit the bonus (after waiting two for it to credit automatically) then they waited another two days for my cashout to complete because they tried to tell me I hadn't sent a copy of my license and utility bill, although I had done it already. Finally cashed it out.

They require this now? I didn't have to send in those documents for River Belle. In fact, I haven't had to do this except for one casino (Golden Palace).

I cashed out on Saturday and nothing is there yet. Maybe Saturday and Sundays don't count just like a bank. I hope it is there tomorrow though, River Belle has been a pain in the ass. They never asked me to send them any I.D. though.

I would't even bother with the e-mail, as I've encountered this problem on nearly every prima site I've used. My e-mails often went ignored. Call the customer support line and they will credit your account on the spot.
