Talk is cheap. It is entirely useless to read through pages of opinions regarding this bill's chance of passing. Can we all please just email tradesports to set up a contract on this so the likelyhood of this passing is apparent to everyone?
Everytime I suggest this some dolt says "NOOO if it passes WE ALL LOSE!". Look, if it turns out that this contract starts trading at 90%, that will give quite a few people extra incentive to contact their senators.
