One of their promos is that the first person to hit 21 spade blackjacks gets 200k, I figure:

8 decks:
8 spade jacks and 8 spade aces out of 416 cards
16/416*15/415 = 240/172640 = .14% (1 of 714 hands), need to play 14994 hands at a minimum of $5 a peice, on average.

You expect to lose about $400 going after $200k. The problem is that playing 15k hands on 888's site would make anyone want to kill themselves (it would probably take an entire day to get in 15k hands).

Is it worth it? Someone should roll me and I'll play it out, we can split the profit if we get there first... /images/graemlins/smile.gif

technically speaking, does the non ace card have to be a jack of spades?

Your math is wrong I think.

Its 16/416 * 8/415

Which makes it somethin like 1/1400 hands.

Yep, you're right, making you lose 800 before you hit on average.

Not sure if you need a spade ace, though as another poster said. If you don't then you hit 8/416*32/415

I'll be interested to hear how many you guys doing it are able to get.

Like when someone does hit the 21 spade BJs...how many you were at at the time.

What's the maximum number of hands you can get in on this slow software?

meh. Not even close to worth it. I would always be worried about getting a payout of greater than 10k from a casino that I whore, nevermind 200k. You know all the BS that 888 will throw up if you won that kind of money. I would be hesitant to do this promo even if they comped the wagers (no risk except your time) because the software is sooo slow.

But hey if you feel like wasting your time go ahead.

Of all the casinos, I trust 888 the most. This, of course, does not mean that they won't ask for every document known to man about you

Your math is wrong again.

Multiply that by 2.

True again, order doesn't matter.

Does this offer expire during the promo period or does it just keep going on until someone eventually hits it?

I'm not sure how they calculate some of these things. Couldn't they give away $200k to anyone who gets 6 consecutive correct numbers at roulette - all day every day?
Don't they want suckers playing roulette?

Are you serious? What about Planetluck/Starluck?
888 cant even get their bonus structures right with their skins ( 21.com ) /images/graemlins/mad.gif
