Is customer service important for an online gambling site?

Join a paid discussion forum running this week, thrashing out which factors are most important in online gambling customer service (for both betting and poker). All you need to do is log in and comment on the discussion board for a minimum of two hours over a five day period. You need to be an active user of online gambling sites. Your comments will be responded to by our forum moderator. Ultimately you’ll be helping to develop a customer service proposition for a major international online gambling company.
