How do I take screenshots of PT stuff?

By screenshot I mean I just want to make images of PT screens like what people do when they post their stats. It's probably easy, but I'm a little slow when it comes to anything computer related.

If you press the Print Screen button on your keyboard, go into Paint and select Paste you get a image of what you had on the screen which you can save as a jpg or bmp. Dunno if that's how people do it here mind.

If you use Alt-Print Screen then it will just take a picture of PT, not the entire desktop. Paste into Paint. Upload to www.imageshack.us (http://www.imageshack.us) Use the URL tag they give you there and post on here.
