View Full Version : $200 bonus sitting at 21.com casino. What to do?

I made a deposit at 21.com and cashed out because I didn't qualify for the 20X wagering requirements. It was 50X.

The question is what should I do with the $200? I was thinking of putting $200 down on roulette and cashing out the winnings (hopefully). Are there better money making options?

Well, assuming you are gonna do red/black you have slighty better odds going on one hand of blackjack, and then that would even start to clear the WR.

The EV of the 50X bonus is still close to 150.

You need to get back with CS

This 50X is for Casino on the Net...not 21.com. The CS is the same and they get confused. Get them back on live help and tell them its 21.com, not C.O.N. a few people have had this issue but the wagering is 20X not 50X.

I cashed out after wagering 4K.

They already changed the T&C to 50x. /images/graemlins/frown.gif
I had a hard time cashing out after wagering only 4k, had to talk to support many times.

Can you do both 21,com and C.O.N.?

That depends on when he deposited. Sometime on the 5th they corrected the 21.com website to show 50X when depositing with Neteller. If he deposited afterwards then he's stuck with 50X.

Elim,
As Ken mentioned, it's still a good bonus even at 50X so I suggest using the same strategy you would use for any other cashable bonus.

If you haven't used your C.O.N. account for 6 months (as was my case) then you are OK to do 21.com. But it looks like people with more recently active C.O.N. accounts are getting rejected for the bonus.

Damn. Did CON recently and enjoyed it so much that I couldn't wait to get at this one if it was the same.

Yeah I just found out yesterday about this cashout nightmare. They didnt even Email me. gave support quite the thrashing and hopefully that managers email in the last thread will prove helpful.

I think this is total BS and Im not even going to do C.O.N. now becasue of this.

I have the same situation. I cashed out when they told me it was 50x, even after live support told me it was still 20x. Now they have credited the $200 bonus and my cashout hit my Neteller. So I have $200 risk free sitting there. Sounds like there still some +ev in it at 50x, I may bet $5 a hand (higher than i normally would), if I get down to $100 may just bet it all. Advice?

grow a set and just bet it all on the first hand. are you really going to grind 10K WR with just $200 in the BR? i guess you could, but that won't even pay for the damage you'll do to your eyes during that stretch.

Don't bet it all as you won't be able to double up and/or split if you get a hand that calls for it. Bet $50 or $100 to keep those options open, but like jacky says you should be pushing this hard early as you've nothing to lose and everything to gain.

I started it before I read your posts, I bet $5/hand and I'm up about $20, however, I've only wagered about $400. The software is insanely slow, I turned off all the sounds, is there any way to speed it up? If this is as fast as the software can go, I may go to $25-$50 bets. I don't mind grinding it out, but the slowness is killing me.

Its slow as hell, just bet $50, its not worth the time to grind it with $5 bets.

Guys Email manager@888.com and they will help you out. Stick to your guns changing T&C's mid of after bonus is very shady. I told that (censored) on live help last night that I would get my money without playing another dime.....I come home for lunch....and Ive got my answer in my inbox:

".....if we are anything at all, we are fair-minded and we
will stick with the wagering requirement that you agreed to, namely 20
times and please take this e-mail as written confirmation that we will
honour this agreement."
Kind regards,

I feel like going back on live help and going "neener neener neener I told you so."

PM me if you guys want a copy of this Email as proof that they are giving us the bonus at 20X.

I'm still undecided if Im going to do C.O.N.....I have a feeling I wont get a bonus if I do anyways because of this.

They sent me this:
I note your comments about the wagering requirement in the Terms &
Conditions on 21.com.

I have to inform you that these wagering requirements were incorrectly
stated as a result of a typographical error, and that if you checked
now, you would see that this particular matter has been amended.

In line with our Terms & Conditions we are perfectly entitled to make
such amendments without first informing our membership.

However, in the spirit of goodwill I am waiving the correct Bonus
Wagering Requirement in your case, and allowing your requested cashout.

Just a update. I bet $100 on one BJ hand and won. So I'm cashing out the $100. Will wait for the cashout and try another $100 hand later. Don't want to risk cashing out multiple $100 winning in case they kick me out.
