Is it win/win for sticky bonuswhores and the casinos who offer them? If a player is using the big bet/busto strategy, does each casino on its own still hold an edge? Would each player, however, on his own against multiple casinos have a long term edge?

Gambling is a zero sum game. If it's +EV for you, it's -EV for them.

Money doesn't just appear. Sure, some people lose on one occasion, but they bet in a way that they should win money in the long run. As a result, the casinos must lose in the long run.

Look at it this way: a 100% sticky bonus with no WR is the equivalent of paying 2 to 1 on one hand of blackjack, since you're wagering $100 (+$100 sticky) to end up with $300 (+$100 sticky removed). Now, sometimes you lose your hand and the casino wins. Regardless, do you think a casino would offer 2 to 1 blackjack?
